John Marshall Meisburg, Jr. is a seasoned attorney and counselor at law, having served as a U.S. Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration (SSA) for 27 years. His extensive background as a former judge adds a unique perspective and invaluable insight into the legal process, ensuring comprehensive and informed representation.
Admitted to the Bars of Florida and Kentucky, Mr. Meisburg’s legal career spans more than five decades, during which he has developed a reputation for excellence and integrity in the field. In addition to his judicial experience, Mr. Meisburg has served as a lawyer with the Federal Government for 22 years across six agencies and all three branches of the government. His roles have included Law Clerk to U.S. District Judge James F. Gordon, Trial Attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), General Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Legislative Aide to U.S. Congressman John Breckinridge, General Attorney with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (Merit Systems Protection Board), and Attorney with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
